Flannel/FleeceTaggie blanket is one side Fleece with one side flannel. "Taggies" are made of ribbon (silky and/or textured). Please use caution when allowing children to sleep with blankets. All Fabrics are pre-washed. Each blanket is unique in fabrics and/or ribbon tags.
