Taggie blanket is one side flannel with one side fleece (or Minky). "Taggies" are made of ribbon (silky and/or textured). Please use caution when allowing children to sleep with blankets. All Fabrics are pre-washed. Each blanket is unique in fabrics and/or ribbon tags.
